This logbook audits the five anchored claims for arXiv version 2507.17026v2.
The evidence is independently authored. Claims 1-3 are answered by independent
derivation plus executed sweeps on the paper's own toy construction; claims 4
and 5 are answered by a from-scratch reimplementation of the paper's NPE
validation benchmark with all five competing methods (C2ST, Conformal
Uniform(1/10/50), Conformal Multiple, SBC(200), TARP(200)) at the Table 1
budgets, 200 trials per cell. The result is VVVVV.
The referee-facing material is in pages/**/*.md. The source and authorship
records are included separately so the claim pages remain focused on the
mathematical and evidentiary record.
